职责描述： 1. 统筹整个资产生命周期建造温停运营处置的管理； Manage the assets of constructions warm stack operation and disposal . 2. 统筹资产各个阶段预算、采购、财务、HSE、技术及运营、市场及资产处置、文档管理等； Manage the assets of budget procurement finance HSE technology document management ; 3. 负责建造期间项目监造方案及预算以及实施； Responsible for the supervision plan budget and implementation during the construction period; 4. 负责组织项目建造结束的验收及交付； Responsible for checking acceptance and delivery of the project construction; 5. 负责联合基地、技术、项目等，提高资产的文档管理、合同谈判、流程体系完善等； Responsible for coordinating production technologies projects improving the document management contract negotiation and process system of assets; 6. 负责项目冷温停期间的管理，包括但不限于方案、预算、过程管理、计划控制等 In charge of coldwarm stack management including program audit budget process management plan control; 7. 负责项目运营期间的统筹管理，包括但不限于年特检、坞修、维护保养、预算及成本控制等，确保资产安全并处于良好状态； Responsible for the overall management including inspection dock repair maintenance and cost control; 8. 负责协调船管公司，对管理方的运营管理方案进行监督和审核确保租约及项目运营的正常运行； Responsible for coordinating and manage the ship management company . 9. 负责配合资产处置组获取租约及销售机会 Cooperate to obtain contract and sales opportunities。 任职要求： 1. 8年以上海工资产管理经验，曾担任过平台运营经理或平台设备经理或项目建造经理者优先考虑，有财务采购经验者优先； Over 8 years experiences with offshore asset management worked as operation manager equipment manager or project construction manager is preferred be better with financial experiences; 2. 具备过硬的船舶海工平台运营管理、安全管理、轮机管理、生产作业管理、坞修管理等专业知识和实践经验。 Excellent professional knowledge and experience of shiprig operation management HSE Marine management production management and docking. 3. 熟悉船舶海工平台（自升和半潜）的结构特点、系统构成和设计特点。 Familiar with shipjack-upsemi-submersible system and design. 4. 熟悉海工平台维保、冷停、温停相关规范和文档要求。 Familiar with specifications and document requirements of maintenance warm cold stack etc. 5. 熟悉相关海事公约、法律法规、船旗国、船级社、PSC等检验和监督要求。 Familiar with the requirement of maritime conventions laws and regulations PSC etc. 6. 熟悉各主要油公司或平台管理公司的管理规范和要求。 Familiar with the management and requirements of international oil companies and management companies
