职责描述： 公司岗位名称：Sourcing Procurement Specialist-Senior This position is needed to: 1) manage categories for hardwares and services of ITTelecom and Securities which are in FCF with significant changes under FFPM to look after and lead more value-added activities on IT purchases; 2) maintain catelog purchase and preferred supplier list based on FCF and ProOPs Excellence process to simplify and optimize Procurement processes; 3) identify cost saving opportunities and drive cost saving programproject on strategic and tactical levels. With this position China Sourcing will have a dedicated Professional to focus onlead ITSecurity related categories in China and work with catogory leads in International level. Additional Job Description Demand side: 1. Provide operational and strategic sourcing solutions to users ; 2. Lead category related projects such as IT hardwaresoftware Secuirty services and equipment Ad-hoc or cross-category assignments in Sourcing Procurement; 3. Manage Stakeholders expectations needs and perform professional suggestion; Supply side: 4. Optimize supply base on responsible category and work towards total cost of ownership (TCO) ; develop supplier partnership at localglobal level 5. Identify qualify rank and select appropriate suppliers including adequate involvement of customers and make catalog enhancement as work with ICL (International Sourcimg Category Leads). 任职要求： Education: Bachelors degree or above in Business Sceience Engineering or related discipline; Experience: Four (4) years relevant experience in Procurement vendor management Purchase Contract executions PR2PO process and cost driven project and stakeholder management experience in multinational firm is preferred
