Principal Accountabilities: 1. Be responsible of the procurement service for commodities such as Capex Building Maintenance Service IT and Professional Service; 2. Develop Category Strategy with Procurement Manager by understanding internal business impact as well as the market trends; 3. Support to solve the escalated suppliers issues from end users: delivery problem quality problem etc. Push suppliers continuously improvement. 4. Achieve cost reduction target by identifying new qualified suppliers and optimizing the cost level of exiting suppliers. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings; 6. Support on projects cost analysis and monthly quarterly procurement report; General Requirement: 1. Above 2 years procurement experience; 2. Strong Business English Mandarin Chinese Language skills; 3. ERP system knowledge preferable; 4. Strong communication skills and strong understanding of procurement process. 5. Ability to work independently and under pressure; 6. Good Problem solving skill and Good team planer;
