主要职责Responsibilities: Job functions including but not limited to: Invoice receipt verification registration in system and hand over to Finance AP team or return to supplier 发票接收，核对，系统录入后交接给财务部门应付账款组或退回给供应商 Material PO delivery status weekly tracking with supplier 每周与供应商进行在途订单交付状态跟踪 Monthly Purchasing KPI statistics 每月统计采购KPI并汇报 Yearly PO spending analysis 每年统计分析采订单数据 Vendor master data maintenance 供应商主数据维护 Monthly PO quality check 月度检查PO信息质量 Assist Procurement team projects roll out and monitoring 协助采购项目的实施和进度监控 Assist Finance AP team in regular open PO cleansing 协助财务部应付账款组进行定期的未关闭PO清理 Contract signaturechop circulation among supplier purchaser and legal 协助采购员完成采购合同的签字、盖章和邮寄工作 Paper contract CDA archiving 纸质采购合同和保密协议的原件存档 Down payment urgent payment processing 预付款申请和紧急付款申请 Procurement and payment processing for non-purchasing involvement categories 负责非采购介入品类的运营性采购和付款 Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor 主管交付的其他任务 教育、资质和经验Education Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in Sourcing or Procurement area or Supply Chain background preferred in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing industry 至少3年的战略采购或运营性采购工作经验，或者供应链管理相关工作背景，有在GMP药厂工作的背景更佳 Good data processing logic and skills 良好的数据处理逻辑和技能 Good command of English at least in read and write 良好的英语读写能力 Mastery of computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlooks and Project) 熟悉微软办公软件的使用 Team work high sense of responsibility Self-disciplined and motivated 具备团队协作能力、高度责任感、自律和自我驱动
