Key Result Areas: 1， Follow up orders with vendors customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery 2， Responsible for sourcing and selecting of hard wares for sampling 3， Search for potential mills factories printers and washing mills that can support customers brands in product development within the parameters of pricing lead-time and quality defined by the brand 4， Provide inputs to factories on how to achieve the product standards 5， Arrange sample submission to customers for approval 6， Assist in the Product Development if any process to ensure that products meet customers quality and budget requirements 7， Research and identify suitable product and market trends for customers 8，Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production 9， Perform other duties as assigned by Management 10， Assist in product development with factory mills. Maintain up to date mill history and capability 11， Support internal sourcing team on raw material development hardware commitment consolidation 12， Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers current and future business needs 13，Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process 14， Monitor the shipment and logistic 15，Work closely with the colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up 16， Sourcing Production Control and Order follow-up 17， Set up and run a central hardware library 18， Based on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend hardware collection to designercustomers 19， Understand the customer needs and requirements develop an effective sourcing strategy 20，Perform other duties as assigned by Management Requirements: 1， Solid knowledge in Sourcing PPE categories is a MUST 2，Minimum 3 years relevant experience in SourcingMerchandising Area 3， Good command of written and spoken English is a MUST
