职责描述： 1、寻找山东区域房地产业务拓展机会及客户关系维护； Have ability to generate business opportunity and maintain clients relationship independent. 2、市场团队的管理及市场业务的开拓发展； Manage marketing team and responsible for the market development of business 3、发展市场及新老客户的关系维护； Develop market and maintain customers relationship in China. Act as focal point of contact and ensure efficient liaison between clients and appointed staff 4、公司内部客户信息库的更新及维护； Ensure internal client initiative database is kept up to date 5、为客户提供高质量的顾问开发建议； Provide high level advice in production of presentations reports proposals 6、熟悉商业合同流程。 Familiar with commercial contract tender procedures and response. 岗位要求： Qualifications: 1、正规院校大专以上学历，具有高度的责任感； College Degree with open responsible and precise features. Able to develop leads present and then close contracts. 2、拥有一定的当地政府及房地产开发商资源； Have rich human resources both in local government and real estate industry. 3、良好的英文读写能力。 Excellent ability with spoken and written English especially effectively bilingual in presentations. 4、拥有较高的客户管理技能； Strong managerial organizational and communicative skills (Good CRM skills). 5、不低于2年的开发商或媒体单位从业经历。 Not less than 2 years work experience and will to accept OT and business trip.
