Bachelor degree Ｏr above in environmental engineering Ｏr other technology.2. Have 8 years working experience an d at least 3 years people managementexperience in industrial wastewater treatment Ｏr industry water field.3. Be familiar with BOT/BOO/TOT business model.4. A good business acumen, willing to take challenges an d able to work underpressure.5. Self-motivated, very good interpersonal an d communication skills.6.
