职责描述： Responsible of managing localizations for Indirect Purchasing topics and selected Commodities in China. Interfaces with process partners in Purchasing Quality Logistics Engineering IT in China and BMW head office based on the MC2 target agreements with BCS BBA and the Indirect Purchasing operation. Responsible for the supply chain of the JV and the NSC thus ensuring the timely supply from suppliers in Asia to the JV and the NSC based on MC2 target agreements with BCS BBA and the Indirect Purchasing operation. Responsible to support strategic development and integration of Asian business opportunities into the BMW global networks by transferring information towards Asian supply sources to the product development and sourcing strategies. Responsible to manage a heterogeneous partner and product portfolio with high complexity towards different demand patterns and communication requirements. Responsible to manage the supplier selection process in China ensuring timely and economical recommendations and nominations of suppliers for JV and NSC projects by meeting the requirements relevant for achieving the annual target agreement for Indirect Purchasing. Responsible to ensure that RfPs (Focus Topics agreed with Central Purchasing department) include the BMW standards so that competitive quotations can be received. Involvement and support in case of supplier affairs in Japan Korea India Thailand Malaysia by appointment of Munich head office. Responsible to ensure excellent and regular communication with all internal process partners (BCS BMW AG Logistics etc.) within the JV Purchasing other Asian operations as well as the Indirect Purchasing Organization up to Senior Manager Level. Responsible to continuously identify cost down potentials in agreement with central organization. Responsible to present projects in the BMW Committees by presenting the technical and commercial details. Responsible to contribute continuously to the Indirect Purchasing strategy the annual price negotiations (identify potentials) and cost down programs Responsible for managing local contract negotiation and signature process 任职要求： Work experience in supply chain or suppliers analysis area in Auto industry University degree in engineering or business administration or comparable degree. Professional market analysis of desired products. Business analysis experiences. Project management skills. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills. Negotiation skills.
